The School-Linked Mental Health Program is specifically designed to provide a variety of mental health services and resources in the school setting. School-Linked Mental Health reduces barriers of accessible service for students and their families.

Some services that are provided through School-Linked are: individual, group, and family therapy/skills and diagnostic evaluations with appropriate recommendations for care.

Available for youth grades K-12 within area districts.

Referrals for the School-Linked Mental Health Program can go through your school's district Social Worker or can be completed at https://www.woodlandcenters.com/referral-form/
